Winters Opera House

For those familiar with Preserve’s restaurant location, the venue is located just around the corner on main street, a short 2 minute walk.

When should we arrive?

  • Check your event’s ticket page for specific times, as set times may vary.
  • In most cases, doors open about one hour before showtime. Arriving early is recommended if yor looking to get a drink or snack before the show starts
  • On Friday and Saturdays, the main act typically starts around 7:30 pm. .

Parking

  • We recommend finding street parking or using public lots in downtown Winters. Availability can be limited, so please plan accordingly.

Ticket Sales and Refunds

  • Ticket prices are subject to change, and all sales are final.
  • If you need to cancel, log into your Resy account (www.resy.com) to request a refund at least seven days before the event. If you have any issues, please reach out to Resy’s customer support
  • Resy fees are always non-refundable.

ADA Accessibility

  • We strive to provide accessible seating in accordance with ADA guidelines. Please inform our staff of any seating needs at the time of purchase or at least 30 minutes prior to showtime so we can accommodate you.

General Admission, Table Seating

  • Table Seating, ensures a seat at one of 25 tables, which have 4 seats each, if you wish to sit with 4 specific people or have tables close together, please purchase the tickets together in the same transaction as that way we will know you are together.
  • General Admission ensures entry to the event, you may purchase table seating up until 8:15 pm. After that, if tables remain unclaimed, they are open on a first-come, first-served basis.

Beverages

  • No outside beverages (including non-alcoholic drinks) are permitted inside the venue.
  • We offer a variety of wines, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic options, as well as a free, filtered water station.

Food

  • Preserve will be offering limited snacks such as our Charcuterie Boards and Jalapeno Jelly appetizer and fresh baked cookies. We kindly ask that you clear your table of any food and packaging when you’re done.
  • It is recomended that you make dinner plans prior to the showtime at one of our awesome eating establishments nearby, we have many great options but most may be closing by the time the show will end.

Lost and Found

  • We do not maintain a dedicated lost and found. However, occasionally found items are kept at the bar for a short period. The venue is not responsible for personal property left unattended.

I’m Having Trouble Buying Tickets

  1. Mobile Glitches: Resy can sometimes be glitchy on phones. exit the page and try again.
  2. Refund Credit Issues: Make sure you are logged into your Resy account when attempting to use any refund credit. The credit should appear automatically at checkout.
  3. We do not handle ticket purchases over the phone or email to ensure the fairest possible access to available seats.
